Nothing spoils a customer experience like a product which fails to perform as promised, that’s why we will replace or repair any product which fails to meet its quality standards under normal use and wear.


It’s wonderful to get new apparel and gear, it’s even better when it has your  logo on it. If for any reason our decoration fails to meet your expectations or maintain its quality through normal laundering and use, we will replace the product for free, no questions asked.


When you place an order with our company you are trusting that our team will make sure you get what you need, when and where you need it. If your order is in jeopardy of missing a key event date we will upgrade your shipping and or substitute an alternate item free of charge.
